Oklahoma wants to slash BigWind monies. Why? Too expensive!

Some states are beginning to recognize the reality that wind energy is not producing the results it promised. Are Colorado businesses or citizens any better off since BigWind descended into their mountains? Oklahoma has several tax incentives for wind production, but the cost of those incentives have skyrocketed because of the growing number of wind farms in the state.
